"In a news release issued Monday, Chief Deputy Mike Rexford said there was an allegation made to the Calhoun County Sheriff's Department that Dallas Hill, as a deputy, "was acting in an inappropriate manner and inconsistent to what is generally expected from law enforcement anywhere."
